Workmanship Warranty

 

Ebersole Remodeling warrants to the homeowner that all labor performed by the company will be free from workmanship defects and will meet the standards of workmanship set forth by applicable local building codes and industry standards. This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of job completion as noted in the accompanying service agreement.

Should any workmanship defects become evident during this period, Ebersole Remodeling agrees to make necessary repairs or adjustments at no additional cost to the homeowner. This warranty covers labor only; materials are covered separately by the manufacturers’ warranties.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or natural disasters. This warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original homeowner. Regular maintenance of the installed components, as specified in the manufacturer's guidelines, is the homeowner's responsibility and is required to maintain this warranty.

Claims under this warranty must be made within 30 days of the defect's discovery and must be accompanied by dated documentation of the original work. Ebersole Remodeling will respond to such claims within a reasonable timeframe, typically no longer than 30 days, to inspect and schedule the appropriate repairs.

This warranty supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, regarding the specific work performed.​
